Display ability progress

I am making an ability and want to display the "casting bar" for it. The problem is, it shows only for unit owner, while I need everyone to see it. (For example for behaviors, there is an option for whom to show the duration, but I haven't found it for abilities)

Well, I have a neutral unit that casts a spell with very long casting time, and I need everyone to be able to look, how far the casting has gone.

Well the way I'd do it, personally, is to use a custom UI somewhere at the top right of the screen. Make it like a health bar that fills slowly as the unit casts.
