Disable icon?

There is a way to disable the ability icon like the option in channel ability?

What do you mean? Disabled as in the physical appearance of the icon, with the black border and darkened appearance? Or, disabled as in you cannot use it?

Disable it, you cannot use it but the ability is there (like tornado slow aura).
