Quick question: Disabling all abilities at once

I want a single trigger to disable or remove all the abilities from a given hero at once, kind of like casting silence or manually going through every ability in the game and doing Disable Ability for (hero).

Is there a quicker JASS way to do it, or can I add some ability to them that would be like Passive silence?

Yeah that's my current system.. like a permanent silence.. but I dunno it seems not-perfect lol.. i was just wondering if there was a better way. You guys can close this if you want, it was just a quick question.
