Dialog isn't working

hi there, i made a map that requires a dialog for voting, using integerers for outcome...


But when everything is set, and I start my map, the dialog simply doesn't appear.

Edit: But i think there could also be a problem with the events in the dialog triggers...
i use when 0 gametime seconds pass.

Jeah this is wrong... a dialog cant shown @ 0 Sec gametime i must be 1 sec
