Those who have played Diablo prolly know what i mean. It works so that you can hold down a mouse button to order the unit move there, and not spamclicking like you do in wc3.
Though would it be possible with triggers to do something that works like Diablo's?

  • Try
    • Events
      • Time - Every 0.20 seconds of game time
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Unit - Order Mountain King 0000 <gen> to Move To (Target of current camera view)
Maybe this can help , but it move automatic whenver you screen move (it move to the center of your screen) . But I wonder this " (Target of current camera view)" refer to whose camera... Maybe this trigger can only work in single player map.

That's asynchronous... you would instantly desynchronize the game.

@SkriK, trackables, or RTC.
Ok, so trackables. Seems pretty Jass to me, no?

Cuase this aint ever gonna happen in gui:
  • Movement
    • Events
      • Time - Every 0.1 Seconds
    • Conditions
      • Cinematic is equal to false
    • Actions
      • Compatibility - Remove last crated trackable
      • Compatibility - Create a trackable at position of mouse

I'm not sure how much help I can offer, but what is it exactly you need help with regarding trackables?

And for the record, trackables do work for multiplayer maps, you just need to create a trackable for each player in the map, and that trackable can only be triggered by one player.

And yes, JASS is used to create trackables, efficiently that is. You might be able to do it with GUI, but I've never tried or researched it.

And it doesn't desynchronize the game.
