Destroying Triggers

Is it good to destroy trigger that isn't being used anymore, nor it will be?
Is it recommended, is it nessesary?
Will it improve the speed of a map? lol
is ''Turn Off'' action enough?

If its not used again then destroy and null them.

And Turn off, if you will still use it. Just Turn it On again when it will be used in a part again.

If you used the trigger in preloading, then I'd rather you destroy the trigger because you won't use it anymore. Might speed things up a bit more too and save some space.

You should not destroy a trigger until all executing instances have ceased as it can lead to errors under circumstances. Destroying static init triggers has a marginally small effect. Tiny boosts are not necessarily recommendable since they heighten the chance of doing a mistake/prolongate development time.
