Hey, i'm trying to find default ai script for original maps in mpq's files to modify it. Could anybody tell me what should I look for because I can't find anything worth.

Is there some way to convert these to standard .wai files so I can edit them in editor?

Sadly, there isn't. However, you can edit .ai files manually with Notepad (if you know JASS).

Got it. Last question - maybe you know where can i find a list of functions for these scripts?

Found it. Though, changing files you mentioned doesn't do anything. I even deleted common.ai and ai still working fine without it.

Are you sure you have set the correct paths? It should work. Take a look at Ujimasa Hojo's enhanced melee AI.
