Hey @Wrda thanks for your time and on spot critique.I remember listening to some of your music some years ago
Haha yes, i'm a musician and composerHey @Wrda thanks for your time and on spot critique.
Many if not most of the compositions I've posted were either started or made when I was really young and was experimenting with music. More truthful is that I just make music on a whim, at least sometimes and it happens that I get bored of doing things the same way so stuff like twisted dreams were released upon the world
Since I do not really know much music theory, a lot of the things you wrote are like an alien language to me. Are you by any chance a musician too or a pedagogic teacher in the field?
In the end, you might not like many of the stuff I posted but that's fine because I do not really make music on the basis of rules but more on the sentiment level. For me, music is usually a form of expression. However, there are quite some tracks that follow a, let's say, standard approach.
Compositions like trance warrior's march for me are more monotonous than those you don't like that are made of apparently random parts
Regarding minimalism, it's as much as my brain can offerno offense to the other artists you mentioned or others in the minimalism field.
I do that but I really try not imitating. There's no point in doing it that way. I want to innovate as much as I can, hence the weirdness.Besides continuing doing more pieces, one piece of advice would be to listen more music that you like
I do but little and this is a hobby to me so I don't invest more time than needed. Also, I prefer composing music rather than studying it.PS: I actually thought you had some kind of musical background
