I found that program easy to use. and if you need any help with it....

Go 3dsmax5. It has flawless export too, supports all kinds of animations wc3 uses.

What sort of modeling tools? for what exactly? I would hardly consider oinkerwinkles a model maker (id say more of a model editor) even though it has been done (olof for example)

umm... oinkerwinkle does not work... there are no nothings showing up when it tells me to extract a model/animation, or designate a path.
