Damage base on missile system

You should make the archer's attack instant, so the second damage is dealt by the archer you know to initialize the "custom missile". Then, give all units a custom copy of "Hardened Skin" that negates 100% of ranged damage (so that the damage on the archer doesn't have to appear to be 0).
