can i use this to edit orb of Fire effect? , the effect that has a fire orb rotating around the weapon.

You mean, to use fire orb from the effect without having it rotating around on it's own? That would require model editing, because it is the animation of the effect itself.
If you'll use orb of fire effect with this tool, you should get trajectory of the orb that looks just like the Moon's around the Sun.

I've set Phoenix model to Rocket Missile, but the death animation didn't show up. So it is just disappear when the missile hits.

The program is bugged. If you don't correctly tell it where your WC3 folder is the first time, so it can access the MPQs, it gets stuck on an unfixable loop on launch. Where when it attempts to open, it tells you it can't find the MPQ's but then doesn't give you the option to change the path.
