Recolor water elemental missile

Hello everyone, thank you for coming to this thread
I download a customizable effect (+ a tool) and I wanted to change color of the water elemental missile because it looks cool in different color. However, I do not know how. I read this thread but I could not extract the texture. Do you know how can I find and extract the texture? And how to scale the model also.

Why do you need to extract the texture? There is nothing to change in it, you only need to edit the particles.

Now as for the scaling, you can edit the Width and Length of the particle.

Windows > Node Manager; you also need to change the color of the ribbon (also found in the node manager window).

Those fields determine the width of a ribbon based on the offset from the origin.
