Custom Weather

I need a custom weather thingy that looks like... the moonlight weather + bubbles that keep going up (not many)... Can anyone try to do it for me? And give me a tutorial on how to properly use custom weather (optional)? Ples gief

I need bubbles that go everywhere with you... So I'll use global weather, problem is that global weather doesn't have bubbles... anyways I need a weather that looks like RAYS OF MOONLIGHT + bubbles!

Yeah, but i'm not sure if you are able to modify the weather...you probably can't.

you can, just export the Weather.slk from the War3.mpq
then modify it via Microsoft Excel

but u cant combine them, so u will use two types of weather

so I guess the reason you don't just make a region all over the map and set it's weather to moonlight is because you want some bubbles too.
