Custom Tileset

Hello.
I have a question:
There is a way to use more tilesets than the normal(13 points)?
Because I have seen a map that was using a lot more.
Was saying:
Total Texture Space Remaining: -28
Can someone explain me?

Some third party editors or editor hacks can allocate more tiles for use. They are still limited to the hard coded maximum tileset allocation. Be warned that these eat away slots that are usable to load tilesets via triggers and once all are used the trigger will place a random loaded tileset instead of the specified type.
