Can LoL's targeting images like skillshots and such be applied into Wc3?

that would be very hard, if not impossible(to make it look nice) to implement, mainly because of the visuals, I already though of way to detect the onSelect event

also bumping is allowed after 48 hours -.-

Yes it can, with trackables, but it's prohibitively expensive.
