Custom Model Texture/Pathing Issue

Hi everyone,

Recently returning to dabbling with maps, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get these custom textures to work. I've edited a few, but I'll use this one as an example:

Retera_KaelEdit.webp
ModelTextureMissing.webp

Currently I have my assets under campaign imports; I initially had my custom imports under a map file instead, but had the same problem.

I edited the texture maps for the model's diffuses, emissives, etc. and set up the paths for the MDX. They show up fine in Retera's Model Editor, but once imported into world editor, as you can see...

<---------------------

I've exhausted my patience with trial and error and what resources I could google lol, but no dice yet.

If anyone has an idea or a fix, I would greatly appreciate it ! :peasant-bowing:
KaelTextures_Retera.webp
campaignimporter.webp

Did you make the custom texture or did you download it from skin section? If you made it then possibly your DDS is not the correct format?

Otherwise I suggest trying to import them outside the campaign, using just a regular fresh map. If that works then it must be something with how the campaign is loading data. If that fails then either your texture is corrupt, the texture you are replacing cannot be replaced or you are importing it at the wrong file path.
