Custom Loading Screen Help

Ok, so I've done everything I could and try to understand these tutorials i've scoured all over the site but I really can't figure out how to get my custom loading screen to work, it's already in a .tga and even tried .blp format at 512x on both but It doesn't work/it's now showing up. Here's what I wanted to make a custom loading screen into, this is just a png but If anyone who can help make this I'd appreciate it if you want to just do it in my stead, i can really only give credits with this on a campaign i'm making.

It'd be pretty discouraging making all this by scratch in canva and just be useless ;-;
