[Import] WC3 Reforged Custom Loading Screen always black

Hello, I tried all the guide in High Resolution Loading Screens and still I cannot manage to make a custom loading screen work and it's always black, anyone can help, I've included a file for testing/correcting my problem. What am I doing wrong and is there an easier way than all this conversion stuff like a tool of some sort?

Did you end up using .tga or .blp for the custom load screen file type?

I used .dds and .tga @Gnuoy
