Black Screen On Custom Loading Screen

Hello everybody. I imported the picture for my my custom loading screen but the screen was all black. I tried fixing it by making it into tga but it dosen't work. When i was making another map that i wanted to release but instead i wanted and made this one which i like more than War in the City the custom loading screen worked now it dosen't. Its my first time to deal with a black custom screen. Can somebody help me out? Best regards from Pekisa7.
