Custom Fade out not working

I have a question about fading out in a map with a custom image, it is 512x512blp, all the colors are 100% but it isn't working.

I realy don't know why as I have done everything suugested on
World-Editor Tutorials Site

And it is still not working.
Any ideas?

Are you just trying to replace the image, or make it partially transparent.

If so, perhaps add an alpha channel to the image?

(I don't know if .tga's can even have alpha)

Hmm okay so I would like a image I made in Photoshop appear ingame Fade in with that image.
