Custom - Black UI Console Help

I've been wanting to make it where when you're playing my game, the UI is black, no textures, just a black border and base texture. I want this because I'd like to have my cinematics black, so I can add pictures and make it look full screen.

Can anybody help me out on how to make a Black UI Console?

It be awesome if you could send me a blank map with it.
