Hello, I need a cursor which is suitable for anime theme,
neon shade of blue in the filling, and a cyan tone(a bit lighter) blue surrounding it, covered by a white outline of the cursor.
It should be sharp at the front for easy clicking,
triangular shape but abit of curve at the bottom
