Curious on This

Hey Everyone, as I have recently started getting back into Warcraft 3 public, I have been more and more curious as to the functionality of these host bots. For example, how do they refresh instantly? is there something similar to "MakeMeHost" but for private use? Any help or guidance on this topic would be appreciated. Thank you

Myself is not owning a bot, but I don't think it's possible they refresh "instantly".
There should be some safety for BNet not to allow a too low refresh rate.

If you have some computer knowledge you might do a lot with it and a bot.

I think there was also a page where you could "rent" a completed bot like monthly,
and this was the easier way to go for beginners.
