I don't know if I'm the only person or maybe some people already has that feeling but...

It happens unexpectedly, for some reason your mind force you to do something but unfortunately that gives you a regret already which prevent you from doing so. Cuz sometime it's hard to explain who you truly are.

So, what I wanna know is what is the name of that feeling and what provoce him? And what is the better solution to get over it?

I get something similar. This in general doesn't have a name. Once in a while, I get this feeling when doing something wrong and I know that in the end it will fail, but I do it till the end and then watch it burn/fail.

This relates to the laziness thread. ^^

My advice is the same. Try being mindful, and try being disciplined. You can resist urges, if you try.

Mind and thought are two different things

I disagree!

Intriguing, perhaps I used wrong perception in between them?

Something to understand, that an awful lot of people don't (and there's no blame there, either) is that the mind, the body, and the environment are all big contributors to cognition. It's easy to say "the mind is a computer", but this overlooks the fact that we aren't computational devices. We are much, much more than that. So our thoughts, our mind, our body, our world, they're all big contributors to our cognitions.

I'm not young? Okay I may look 20 years old but If you look into my brain you'll find an 70 years old man :vw_sad:
If all you can think about are 70 year old men then I'm not surprised you're conflicted.

Really though, everyone in their early twenties reason exactly like that. Give it only a few years, and your outlook will most likely have changed so drastically that playing CounterStrike with your friends and worrying about school will seem like the new version of eating lego pieces and shitting your diapers.

What's even funnier is that this phenomena repeats itself over and over again like a bad soap opera.

Isn't life awesome?

I'm not to sure what you are describing so I'll give you the simplest example of a guess I can think of.

Is it:
you crack your knuckles but know that's bad for you, but one you start cracking your knuckles finger by finger, you can't stop?

if this is what you are describing then the only thing it can be is....

addiction

the solution to stop is to get a drug called, 'blue eyed Susan' they give it to abuse victims and addicts. it helps you fully realise how you are hurting, which leads to you stopping yourself

how can your mind force you to do something if you don't do it?

that is what you just said, that your mind forced you to do something you didn't do because you sensed that you didn't want to do what you were going to be forced to do

it's not being forced if it didn't happen
