Creep return range? Priority?

You can change the return range of creeps by going to 'Advanced' --> 'Gameplay Constants...', check the box 'Use Custom Gameplay Constants' and changing the Value of 'Creeps - Guard Return Distance' to it's maximum.

To change target priority: Go to the Object Editor and change the value of 'Stats - Priority' to a value you want. The units with the highest Priority value in targeting range of the enemy will be targeted before units with a lower Priority value.
The priority value has a cap of 0 till 20, but the cap can be changed to -1000000000 till 1000000000 by holding SHIFT while dubble-clicking 'Stats - Priority'. This will grant you the ability to create a target priority system to whatever you desire!
