Creating apps for Phones

I'm not entirely sure XAML works with Android, but if it does, then it's nice :) I think C#+XAML is pretty much well-optimized for mobile application development (as long as you are not trying to make something immensely resource-dependant thing), and one thing is sure - it's 999x better than the ADT :D Not to mention C#/.NET is way more potent and complete than the Java Android uses.

The question is if the compiler is good enough, since Google doesn't support C# for Android afaik.
