I stumbled across a way to crash the game. (there's a slight chance this may only work for me)
To crash the game you must
Crashing happens only if the tree is attacked, harvesting is fine, but if created by a trigger and is set in a variable, attacked, then removed, the game crashes. Test map is added. I hope someone can figure out the cause of this.

- set it in a variable
- have someone attack it
- then remove the tree from the game
