I couldnt find anything suspicious.

I make a distinction between a crash and a freeze because the reasons they occur are different. A crash is when the game instantly closes and a freeze is when the game freezes to a standstill. Which one is true here?

The only suspicion I have is that its related to an ability or model but didnt find anything suggesting an ability is at fault. If the game freezes an ability is probably the cause but if its a crash Id guess its a broken model. Are you playing on reforged graphics?

The final question is, does the game crash for all players, a single player or for some but not others?

It's for all players, I played it again to test what causes the crash, I noticed its always when the Ai troops clashes and the God units is with the troops and Ai using their abilities, it freezes for few seconds but eventually the game just closes, and I'm not playing on reforged graphics

Also about the freezing, at midgame it doesn't immediately exit the game, it just repeatedly freezes the game for a few second then back to normal until the computers had a large army and eventually auto exits/crash the game, also the freezing omly happens when the computer is using the god unit's abilities and attacking with it

Try increasing the buff duration of your custom Phoenix Fire to larger amount, like 1 second. It will probably break your skill to not work the way you planned, but my guess is that during the "midgame" there are an larger amount of heroes on the map which will cause the phoenix fire to lag since the duration is only 0.010 seconds. It will fire literally hundreds or maybe even thousands of projectiles in very short duration.

Also it has some sort of in built check to see if the targets nearby has the buff or not which will likely cause more use of memory and eventually it will crash the game.
