Map Options - Modify map bounds

How do i set the AI to make creatures only attack when theyr'e attacked?

Just set the aquistiton range of neutral hostiles to very low.

How do i set exp gains?

I think there is a hero trigger involving that. if not go advanced modify game stuff

For the first question: There are respawn systems or tutorials on THW if I'm not mistaken.

For the other question: The picture on which screen?

The one right before the game starts, Its on the top right.

And BTW, "How do i set the AI to make creatures only attack when theyr'e attacked?

Just set the aquistiton range of neutral hostiles to very low."

Where is Aquistiton range??
