Copy/Paste mapterrain/looking of the map

Is it posible to copy half of the map and paste it rotated 180 at the other half of the map?

If you know what I mean?

Like, take the right half of the map, and rotate it 180° and paste it at the left side of the map.

No, that is impossible. Mainly because some terraining features dont rotate.
