Conversion Problem

Hi there...I am making a model and I edited a texture so it has team color. When I convert the texture and attach it to the model the place where the team color is turns black. Please help!

Ok...So I only modified Artha's cloak by adding that armor. When I convert this image to .blp and geomerge a shoulder armor to a grunt that place where its supposed to have team color it turns black.

I tried to do this...but still doesn't work...I think its from the conversion process because when I geomerge that geoset with the original arthas texture the team color shows.
