Concept idea: one hit kill

The idea is simple. Every enemy and ally in the game dies if hit once, so the real difficulty must be somewhere else. Must contain fighting.
in a real fight the only thing keeping a person alive is the first person to make a mistake and fail to block an attack.

to duplicate this concept why don't you add a 20% dodge chance to all units. it would be cool if through experience the dodge chance increases... but it's not a necessary addition.

To the people saying "use this" or "use that". This isn't the point. I am very well aware how it can be done. The point is having a contest where people use this limitation in a creative way. Usually enemies in maps take multiple hits to kill. Stronger take more, weaker take less. But if everything dies in one hit, then the difficulty must come from something else than how many hits it takes to die.
 
PvP or PvE or whatever people can make of it. I imagine several ways that it can be used, skillshots being the most obvious. But maybe instead you have a stealth game with line of sight and the environment helps you? Who knows.
It's such a simple concept, but with lots of depth.
