Compressing model sizes

ok there is a model i really want to use in a game
Model i want to use
but it is a really big file i was wondering if there is a way to compress this model down by alot so i can use it without the map becoming to big would really appreciate the help thanks.
 
any way u can compress the other 1? cause 165 is a tad big ^_^

Also i would say he is editing this persons model mearly just compressing it for a sizeable use.
 
Sorry for the double post to start wit just want to bumb this topic to get some views so i might beable to get some help but here it is.

im using MDX squisher from HERE

Now for some reason it aint working i mean it wont squish the file sizes anyone know y or got a program that actually does the job?
