Compile Error

Yes when I try to save TimerUtils with JNGP I always get this line

        static if(TimerUtils__USE_HASH_TABLE) then

as an error. Anyone got a solution or an explanation why?

What error do you get?
Also, static if's are a fairly new feature, make sure you have the latest JassHelper installed.

Instructions on how to update your JassHelper are provided within that link.

Solved, fixed by updating the JASSHelper as Trigger said above.

I had the same problem a while back. I use the most recent version now though at all times. You should make sure you have Grimoire up-to-date too so you can use the Object Merger stuff, its really useful.

For me it only needed to update Jasshelper :O

The latest JNGP includes all ObjectMerger stuff, you just need to update your JassHelper and the config within JNGP's folder. But you should remember to keep the ObjectMerger stuff in it.
