Coloured Text Generator

So how do you guys live without JNGP in built Text Editor. Have you given up description making?

Would like to know if there is any other alternative we could use to edit our descriptions. Like perhaps there is some hidden text editor/generator or maybe there is something else, anything really.

War3 Model Editor can create colored text for Warcraft 3 (Extras > Colored Text).

There's this one which also offers different ways of creating templates for objects (items, units, etc). However, Hermit's suggestion will probably suffice your needs.

Update:

I've tried both programs, the Model Editor is text editor is crude and unreliable, can't get it to display more than 1 colour.

The other thing is an even bigger mess, most of it's menu's aren't even finished and the only one that works reliably is the Item editor which is useless for me.

Thanks anyway. Guess I'll just have to get 1.26 wc3 and run JNGP on it. Off to tortuga.

There's this one which i find most useful, it does have some flaws like how it colors normal text with white color but other than that it's pretty good. (Can't find the hive link so the link is to a russian wc3 site)

I don't get it...how is it so hard to generate coloured text? You just have to know the basics like |cffRRGGBB|r and |n and you're good to go. Obviously, for more complex colours you can use Color Picker by webfx , it is a simple one
