it says "sabor original" which means "original flavor/taste" also "desde 1986" "since 1986", it's a latinoamerican can. i mean there's nothing wrong, i was just curious about you

It wasn't intuitive for me either, this is how you upload multiple models/etc in one submission. This site's uploading UI in general is kind of jank.

You can do this with less than 100 for wc3 classic.
