Cloak of Shadows daytime spell?

Hi,

I am using the SharpCraft Editor and I want to use the 24/7 version of shadow meld (which was added in some patch, I can't remember when.) I've had no luck as SharpCraft runs a version of the game prior to 1.31.0, where the change to the cloak was implemented. Can someone help please?

You could recreate it using triggers and the Permanent Invisibility ability.

The basic idea:
If unit is moving -> Disable/remove ability.
If unit stops moving -> Enable/add ability.

Then take into consideration things like combat as well.
