CinematicLich

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
Reuploaded

I added some chains that looks like WOW version Kel'thuzad's.

Also deleted stnad -3 animation and added two more attack animations

-Updates-

I changed the chain texture to arcane bolt chain texture! thank you for advising :)

(the reason why i put that chain is to make some differences from original HeroLich model

in game.)

Fixed - recovered Death, Dissipate animation

Added Phlyactery model to Death, Dissipate animation

MiniMage: I'd suggest making the chains that is hovering in a figure 8 to spin. That would at least make them feel more fitting than mere static objects hovering in midair. This could be done with both animation and texture animations. Although I think actual animation will look better.

Also, credit blizzard as specified earlier. Change the Alternative Author to Blizzard Entertainment. Actually, nevermind. Did it for you. Enjoy.

Now, just focus on working with the model, I've told you what to work on.

This is definitely amazing. I've always felt that the ingame liches never felt as cool or powerful as the ones from WoW. This model is definitely an upgrade. The alternate attack animations matter a lot to me, and the chains look very nice.

This is very nice, it should be approved in my opinion, for the work in the attack animations and the details of the chains that differs form the original model, is obviously taken from the blizzard model but there are several models I've seen in this site that are the same as the blizzard counterparts but they change the weapon and that's it. Besides that I don't know if you could reduce the poly count a bit, it will be really great.

EDIT: There is also a cinematic Illidan here at the hive which was aproved and it has no changes on the mesh and no changes on the animation set which is the one used by the Illidan model found in game, so this model should be approved definitely.

You should report MiniMage over to the staff forums, you are allowed to upload such models. Please also upload your older(original model version) version in the comments (pastebin) or update this model. Just give credits to Blizzard. :)

PS: The comment is for uploader. ..

I believe it isn't coincidence that I am here to comment on the model of my Master, perhaps even his will (though doubt it he never talks to me), I "must" say that the model isn't perfect and needs more work and doesn't depict the true might of our Master. Either way..
The model is good, and definitely an improvement over the original one.
Though there are a few things that bug me:
The Chains while,.. no the Chains are just.. really not that useful and even so that they are not even their own entity and pretty much act like an "armour" (attachment) and simply doesn't look "good", I could agree with the chains if you could make them move on their own levitate (even tiny bit), while it is harder it will certainly improve it's overall "greatness".
Also must say that He is a bit too Bluish and "bright", maybe look at the "Path of the Dammed" animated menu to get a bit more of an "inspiration", and you really should work on the shading especially on His bones.
The Ready and Stand animation really do not differ much, there is some clipping in the Channel animation but not very noticeable (and other places).
Will be indeed a better representation of our Master though it could be better, I must say that if you can't fix the chains I suggest find a replacement or something or simply remove it.
Though do consider what I said, I only say it with the words allowed by my Master.
The "sleep" animation is creative to say..

I like the changes, but the downsides are:

First off, the urn animation is ugly. I'd prefer a version without it. Urn can be used as a separate model, but the whole idea of using it is fantastic. Haven't seen this concept used in wc3 just yet.

Secondly, the additional animations you did lack the skirt movements, which makes them practicaly useless. In the current state they don't do any good to model's performance.

I have an idea how to improve this model. I dont think that its good idea, but you may try. Try to animate texture of chain, which surrounds him.

Oh shit, this is brilliant. I was thinking about something like that back when i was into modelling for wc3, but never had a chance. Totaly love this idea.
