Gold cards have animations and are worth more dust.

Other than that, nothing. They just look cooler but they are same as non gold cards.

Weird is that i got a golden arcane intellect card and somewhy i cant disenchant it. i go into crafting mode type in search arcane, but only thing that appears is arcane golem.

That is because its a basic card. You cannot craft or disenchant basic cards

You can only create / disenchant cards above basic rarity.
