Chapter 5: Arcarius and the Elementals
After these past events, and the near loss of a planet, the gods knew that their wasn’t much hope in rebuilding Vilganda so they all agreed on creating another planet which would later be known as Arcarius.
It was a beautiful planet, from its lush green forests to its grassy plains, and sandy beaches from its great oceans, to the vast reefs. Where there was dirt it was never much, and there was barely any desert lands.
The shaping of the planet was going fine, until the Earth Goddess started to shape the mountains. None of the gods was sure what had happened but their seemed to be life, this was not the case, they were the elements of the planet. The elements were vicious beings, especially the Wind Elemental, which created tornadoes and cyclones to rip apart the forests. The gods realized that these elementals were formed when planets were created, they were the watchers of the lands and made life continue on planets.
The gods came down from space and came down to fight the elementals on Arcarius, they had an idea to get rid of the elementals on Arcarius but allow life to continue on. The first elemental they tracked down was the elemental Tornados, Elemental of Wind. The God of Light and his mighty hammer were no match for the elementals, nor was the Earth Goddesses Earthfury Dagger. Magic was useless against it and whenever they tried to attack it they just got blown back. They could not destroy it, it was impossible. But they could trap it and make it unable to escape. All the gods, except the Goddess of Magic attacked it while the Goddess of Magic channeled a powerful trapping spell that shook the earth itself, the planet went dark and then out of no-where there was a loud rumbling noise and a light started to shine out of the ground where you could see it had been ripped apart. The earth continued to rumble and the wind god was slowly sucked up into the hole, a louder noise than being near a tornado could be heard for miles, then there was silence. The light had gone and the darkness had subsided the hole had also disappeared but in its place was a small crater, that looked like a tear in the ground, the gods knew that this tear would never fully disappear as the magic used was too powerful to fully heal it. The Wind Elemental was gone and the earth was very still, soon the planet and all life on it would die because I vital part of the planet was missing. The gods would have to act quickly to save the planet……
