It's a good concept but honestly, I think it's too similar to the regular golem and too simple of an edit, work on the details more make it seem as if it's head isn't just a costume part on.

This is much worse than the old edit. The one in the model preview is much better, I don't see the need to wrap other parts to the 'armor' texture, especially if you didn't want those parts to be armored. This armor makes him look like an under-detailed weirdly wrapped wizard.

The only thing you needed to do is fill the cracks on rock texture with glowing lava, so it seems like he is full with pulsing hellfire inside, so the rocks seem barely containing this power. And maybe add some flames inside his mouth and during attack anims.

This looks terrible. Use a second material layer on the infernal machine part, which is pitch black because you've removed the TC. Make it as though you were going to TC it again, but instead of using Replaceable ID as your texture, use an actual texture such as stone, filling the transparent parts of the texture.

That is, if you still want to try it with the infernal machine texture. The new texture looks cool, but I'm curious what the old one would look like when improved.

Edit: Yet another new texture. Looks quite good, now, but I still really think you should go back to the Infernal Machine texture and just do a better job with it. I really think this could look awesome.
