Changing units' data with triggers

Im making a model for an rpg with one attack anim for each kind of weapon (one handed weapon, two handed weapon, bows etc.) and its pretty hard to put the same damage point on all animations as it takes more time to draw a bow string than it takes to swing a sword so I wonder if you can change such data via triggers?

I don't use JASS or vJASS so i wonder if there is any way to do like "call_lalalala attackpoint=1.5sek" or something like that?

Will be very grateful for help and give rep :)
