Changing The attachment Point in Reteras

Hello Guys,
Can someone please help me??
How can I edit an model attachment point in reteras or model editor, or could someone change that for me??
What I want is basically that:
Move the red point of the first image to the red point on the 3rd image and change the angle of attachment from Stand up to like 30° degrees or something (like the wings of hippogryph or gryphon rider)

Did you try to attach to "Chest Mount Rear"?

Yes, but It get the wings very near to his butt... I already tryed to change the attachment point but didn't work...
I need to change the chest mount of the front to a bit more behind and change the angle the wings wont stand upside...
Could you help me?

I don't think you can rotate attachment points, thus we would have to rotate the wings.
The displacement of attachments is easy to do.
