cant play campaigns

hello guys i have this problem whenever i try to play a campaign and press on a mission or cinematic to start i get this blackscreen with red exclamation mark . someone know how to fix it ? it happens not for 1 but many similar custom campaigns as well

Which campaign? Are you sure that as meant to be playable with Frozen Throne (preferably 1.31) and not a Reforged?

Make sure you have the correct version of the game.
Some custom campaigns can only be playable on the latest patch of Battle.net (1.35-2.0.0), which is currently buggy right now.

it is malfurions quest newest update (1.5) i didnt have any problem with 1.4 version.i also have a similar problem with rowan the wise campaign.is there any way to download older versions of a campaign from the website ? also thx for caring enough to drop a reply

The original author (Turnro) has updated those campaigns to be normally playable on the latest patch, iirc. The one you got from Battle.net application (aka 1.32+).
However, if you scroll down the page a little bit, you'll see a small section called "Credits & Debug" section.
You can find a link, which leads you to a download for the pre-1.32 versions (1.26-1.31), like this:

Keep in mind that some of the custom campaigns available on HIVE will most likely be updated to only playable on 1.32+ (2.0.0), so if you don't mind on using the pre-1.32 to play the other custom campaigns, you can go straight to 2.0. by using a legit CD Keys to play the latest patch on Classic graphics. But be warned that most old maps and campaigns are broken with 2.0. patch.
