can't get in the chat section

Hello,
I don't know why, but I can't get in the chat section.
I press on the chat button, and all i get is the bar for typing message,
the place whjere message are shown isnt shown.

He's had similar problems joining the chat.

I haven't got exactly that problem but sometimes I did get an error listed as "Error: No permissions to access chat" or so.
Was quite weird but supposedly it was Chrome's fault.

What I mean is, I can't access to the Chat when using the default browser, but it works just fine with Chrome or Firefox.

There is no generic "default browser" your default browser is your own default browser. Is it Internet Explorer 11? Safari? Opera? Edge?

I think he means Internet Explorer (that thing was already there when you first install any Windows whose version is before 10) or Edge
