Can't change Button Position (X) of a unit?

I'm trying to make the Button Position of Dragonhawk Rider (the default human unit) be 0 instead of 1, but every time I put it 0, save my campaign and return later, it returns back to 1. Same happens with the upgrade cloud.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Campaign editor.
