Can you create through Console?

is it possible that you can you create l"load cache, create action, trigger, condition" via console in Warcraft 3 FT..... well of course ill make a system out of it..... A system that prevents Hacking...... Even sending packets of data via internet or LAN can detect using my planed system......

a console where you can type things and obtain data about the game like those used on half-life (openable by pressing the tilde (~) key) and a lot of other games?

Maybe by console he means the chat box? Like how you press enter and it comes up... that's the closest thing to a console, I reckon.

I don't think this is possible unless you can code something which hacks through the files of wc3 which I think defeats the purpose of what you wanted to do...
