Can this site get an easy and quick rating system for maps?

Lately I have been wondering about getting new maps, and while looking at the map sections I noticed that their was a lot of unrated maps. I am wondering if their can be a quick rating guide for maps that is run by users. (I am thinking something similar to newgrounds blam and protect system.)

will there be any possiblity of this happening? any relpyes will be welcomed.

Mecheon is right, the first thing moderators will do when Darky comes is to ask Darky to remove the rate system.
