Campaing question

Hi. This a dificult question i know:

Its posible while playing a campaing save it. Then change something in the editor of that campaing and be able to play with your small changes applied ???
( Instead of making other version ...ect )

If not is there a way of Using Cache of ``my campaing version 0.1´´ and loaded into ``my campaing version´´ 0.2

I think saved games won't work, but game cache will.
