camera control question..

can someone give me a link to the tutorial on how to make mouse attached camera movement like in 3rd persons like gta? I have 3rd person view in map but I can't move camera around like in big 3rd person games.. I've seen maps that have that feature so any help?

basically I'd like to have a gta-like camera + a shooting sign in centre so that you can see where you're shooting..

+ can you also give me some arrow key movement tutorial that works fine without much delay?

You can't natively detect mouse events/actions, you will need a third party tool like SharpCraft.
